Are all of your products sustainably made?

We have partnered with suppliers who have all been audited in line with our sustainability and ethical values, and have achieved various credentials across pillars including working conditions, wages, technology, and processes and materials. 

Are you still open?

Yes, we are open and will remain to do so whilst it is safe for our customers and our staff. We are taking the necessary precautions in line with the Government's advice. Please note that delivery times may take slightly longer than usual as dispatch times may increase alongside delays in the postal system but we will try to ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding during these uncertain times.

How does delivery work?

We are based in London, and the delivery times to your doorstep will vary, depending on your current location. Customers, situated within the UK, can expect their parcels to be delivered within 2 to 4 working days. If you place an order worth over £30, you are eligible for free delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Eco Bravo only ships to the UK and Europe. If you are situated in Europe, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 working days. We offer free delivery to Europe on orders over £150.

Are my payment details secure?

We take your privacy and data protection seriously, our payment process is very secure and you can use any Mastercard, Visa or Maestro cards as well as PayPal and Google Pay.
