How it works
Eco Bravo processes a significant number of orders on a daily basis. Our procedure dictates that orders are collected by dedicated trailers, carrying multiple packages with each trip. After reaching your local courier’s central distribution hub, your package will typically be transferred to a smaller vehicle of their choosing and, from there, it will find its way to your doorstep. And even though the last bit of the trip is entirely out of our hands, we’ve taken all the possible steps to reduce the carbon footprint of our business.
How much it will cost you
Depending on where you’re situated, as well as the method that you’ve chosen, the delivery fees will vary. For deliveries within the UK, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 3 days, and we can offer you a free delivery for any order over £50.
If you’re located in Europe, your order will be sent via Royal Mail, charging a standard shipping rate of £8.95. You can expect your delivery to arrive anywhere between 3 to 5 working days from the moment of your order.
If you happen to live outside of Europe, don’t worry – you can still order from us! However, please keep in mind that, with longer distances, the delivery time and fees will go up. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 working days from the moment you place your order.

Where is my order?
We’d like to remind you that not all delivery services offer a tracking option. Depending on your location, the tracking service may be unavailable.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email on the address specified by you, containing the details about your purchase, as well as the delivery information.
If you happen to have a promotional code, please don’t forget to add it in the promo code box on our checkout page. Depending on the type of coupon, we can offer you free deliveries, discounts, or other benefits.
Please keep in mind that if you’re using a free delivery coupon, the delivery time will default to the standard one for your location. Furthermore, we’d like to remind you that some of our delivery codes require a minimum spend to be usable, while others are only available for specific destinations. How will I be updated on my order?
As soon as your order is processed by our system, you will receive an email, detailing the process of delivery and the expected date of arrival.
Can I order for different addresses?
If you’d like to send products to different addresses (as in the case of gifts, for example), you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.
What if I’m not at home when my parcel arrives?
If you happen to be unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left with your neighbours, or delivered to a safe place, in accordance with your preferences. Alternatively, if none of these options are applicable, your parcel will be delivered back to the depot, and you will be notified of the situation.
